ABOUT THIS VIEW

Real records. Honest coverage.

Records available means retained records or meeting dates are present. It does not mean an entire jurisdiction or year is complete.

Import complete means the importer’s discovered requests for that year and source scope have finished. Missing or unavailable requests remain visible rather than being counted as complete.

Database available marks a retained annual LIS database. Voting-session completion is listed separately; other endpoint families may have different coverage.

Latest checkpoint is the locality most recently committed by the shared importer, not necessarily its current in-flight request. A lock check distinguishes a running worker from a scheduled one.

This page refreshes from read-only metadata about every 45 seconds. Database contents, private server paths, credentials and controls are never exposed here.

Virginia is the first populated state in this view. National boundaries are included so other states can be added as their source collections are acquired.
